History
Viña Teillery is a family vineyard, a pioneer since 1998 in the cultivation and production of organic wines in Chile. Their strong conviction for organic production has led them to develop 100% natural wines since 2008, made with organic grapes and without the addition of sulfites. The project was initiated by the winemaker José Teillery, who, together with his daughter Solange, continues the challenge of crafting high-quality organic wines, true to their identity, terroir, and always in a sustainable manner. Vineyard
Located in the Maipo Valley - "Entre Cordilleras" - in the town of Los Guindos, the vineyard covers 80 hectares. It features a Mediterranean, semi-arid climate with cold winters and moderate rainfall, and hot, dry summers. There is a significant temperature variation between day and night, reaching over 20°C (68°F). The alluvial and stony soils provide excellent drainage. Grape varieties cultivated: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carménère, Merlot, and Syrah.
