History
Viña La Quirigua, located in the Maule Valley, at the foothills of the Descabezado volcano, stands out for the production of natural wines with minimal intervention. Its owner, Pablo Jofré, of Italian-French descent, teamed up with French winemaker Stephane Geneste to develop wines that showcase the authenticity and frankness of the terroir, without incorporating elements foreign to the pure grape juice. Although they do not have organic certification, they are deeply committed to the purity of the wine and strive to maintain processes that minimize the use of sulfur dioxide in the preservation of their musts, thus preserving their natural essence. Moreover, their limited production allows them to focus on quality, aiming to distinguish themselves with excellent natural wines.

Vineyard
