Bouchon

Powerful dense and oak led nose, cedar and spice with a sweet perfumed red fruit note. A powerful wine with good intensity and concentration there is a wild and animal edge to the palate with tobacco, spice and fine detailed tannins. The oak is more integrated on the palate than the nose - This has potential to age beautifully - well integrated alcohol, a spiced note and a lovely subtle pyrazine note on the finish.

COMPOSITION: 40% Carménère, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, 10% Carignan
