Super spiced with a meaty note, fresh salami and biltong. On the palate there is a freshness, gamey and meaty notes as well. The tannins are rounded with a ripe subtle pyrazine note, a slight toasted note on the mid palate and meaty notes come through. Rich, sweet and gravel notes, wet earth and chocolate. Appealing, juicy and rich.
