The nose has some attractive fresh red fruits and rosehip. The palate has super fine bubbles, a wonderful savoury note - dry and refreshing at the same time. Packed full of red fruits, apple, pear and spice, and really fresh throughout the palate. So much fruit here and lively acidity that crackles and there is a tightly wound mid palate. Very elegant, super refreshing and a long, pure elegant finish.
