Ventisquero

The nose is savoury with a leafy earthy note, bacon fat and spice garrigue. The palate is lively with a slaty lick throughout and chalky tannins. The acidity is lively with a real texture, savoury, dark cherries, Weighty texture yet precise acidity, the wine has a salty note throughout. Bacon notes on the finish really express the earth side of the wine. The best Tara Pinot thus far.
