Carmen

A blend of red fruits, vivid cassis and subtle spices and herbal notes - thyme, cedar and graphite. The palate is ripe and with supremely rounded integrated fine tannins - super smooth palate with an undertone of pencil shavings, graphite and damp earth. The ripeness come together to a more linear focussed long finish. Red fruit, super smooth and lovely depth.

COMPOSITION: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc
