The nose is dense, prunes, slight coffee note, ripe fruits, cocoa, cedar. the palate is rounded, velvety with wonderful tension, spice - grilled meat and salami - crushed violets and with a richness as well as a savoury graphite undertone - ripe, heady and rich yet retains a graceful skip through the palate. A wine that will age well.
