On the nose, it offers an immediately inviting aromatic expression. The first aromas that emerge are ripe black fruits - blackberry and black cherry combined with subtle spicy notes of black pepper and cloves and a delicate herbal presence. On the palate it stands out for its silky character and balance. The flavours of black fruits are confirmed on the palate with generous intensity and juiciness. The tannins are firm but soft and give structure and a velvety feel. Long and persistent with a spice laden finish.
