San Pedro

Beautifully engaging nose, red fruit and blue fruits as well - dark cassis, pepper and thyme. A rich palate with sweet cassis, a note of pepper as well as herbal and also a coffee and cocoa note. Underneath there is a gentle earthy note and there is a real sense of minty freshness on the textured, unctuous cooling finish. Long, fine and impressive.
