Undurraga

An inviting nose with smoky notes, salty notes, peach, jasmine, chalky herbal tones and fresh ginger. The palate is lean with a core of mineral freshness, taut, compact and with a brittle core of fresh lime. So much character here, with great concentration and a lightness of touch as well. Slight gripping notes from the skin contact - very accomplished.
