Red fruits as well as a touch of vanilla and fig. The power on the palate is impressive, a real sense of freshness, tightly wound tannins are integral to the wine and add structure. Succulent and will go very well with food. Lots of ageing potential as the acidity and tannins are firm, primed and ready to tantalize. A lovely expression of Syrah, slight wild notes with so much drive and energy.
