Dussaillant Lehmann

Yellow with golden hues, the bubbles are small and elegant. Aromas of yeast, bread and green apple stand out suggestion autolytic notes. On the palate it shows good evolution and great acidity. The bubbles linger on the palate with subtle notes of pineapple, green apple, toasted bread, and a slightly creamy finish.
