Casa Romero

Beguiling nose with a sweaty and herbal note, chamomile and flowers. Rich mid palate with a sense of ripeness, salty notes and an almost honeyed like note on the finish. Nice to see a slightly different style of Sauvignon, the oak adds richness and softens the edges off the wine without losing the essence of the variety. A saline long finish.
