Pure blue fruit with an underlying minerality, pencil shavings and a floral crushed violet note. The palate is sapid, savoury and dense with blue fruit, textured clay like tannins, a lick of acidity. There is a huge amount of energy flowing through this wine – it’s is young but has everything to suggest it will age extremely well. Bags of fresh acidity keep this crackling through to the end of the palate.
