Mandarin skin, ripe peach and subtle floral notes with a rich buttery brioche note. The palate has good acidity, some tightness on the mid palate. A lovely sense of richness as well as fine silky bubbles. Classy, elegant and really well balanced in the glass - long and layered finish.
