Undurraga

Ripe pastille fruit on the nose, tinned strawberry and rose petals. The palate has a sinewy tannin led mid palate, but around it there is density of ripe red fruits that add weight and a certain opulence to the nervy tannins. A salty note comes through and adds a sense of minerality and earthiness. Delicious and has great ageing potential.
