Ventisquero

A wonderfully aromatic nose, crushed cassis and sweet and a subtle earthy note beneath. The palate is dense and with grippy tannins, ripe sweet fruit - dark cherries with a silky fresh feel. This wine has huge ageing potential - rich, layered and seductive. The tannins have a savoury character, slight bacon note. Dense yet not overpowering - a modern take on a Chilean classic blend.

COMPOSITION: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 4% Carménère, 2% Cabernet Franc
