Turbid, cloudy and the aromas are wonderfully expressive. The palate has a salinity and energy. Crunchy and with a layer of puppy fat that adds a texture, a subtler note of greenguage and a long layered finish. Ripe yet with a fresh saline finish. Deliciou sly lip smacking!
