Ventisquero

The nose has a note of wet wool, lanolin and peach skin. A real saltiness on the palate with an almost flor like note throughout. The fruit is in the background, and surrounded by a textured honeyed core all about the mouthfeel which is incredibly smooth rounded and with a density that really adds complexity without doubt this is a gastronomic wine deluxe.
