The nose is developed (oxidized on purpose). The palate has a note of peach, apricot and the oily texture of Viognier. Ripe and with a sense of sweetness and just enough acidity - textured and oxidized - clean and all about the mouthfeel, oily but with a fine fatness - can offer a lot in terms of food and wine matching. Viognier body but without the defined fruit notes of the variety.
