Silver yellow and bright, very different from the colour range offered by Sauvignon Blanc from the central valleys of Chile. On the nose, captivating aromas of toasted bread and gunpowder stand out, with a citrus and herbal background, jalapeno and hints of lemon peel, green pineapple, lime, and white pepper. On the palate its fresh and elegant with good depth and a certain creaminess. White melon, pear, subtle tropical fruit notes, and peach combine in a citrus background, creating a juicy complete palate. Shows a minerality that is the hallmark of the Quebrada Seca vineyard.
